gallery caption with URL link

I need to set up a gallery page that includes a caption (preferably below each image and not transparent) that includes a link to download a PDF version of the image. I’m using the Pinnacle image gallery but don’t see much in the way of customization for this. Is there another option or a workaround?

My client may also want to have borders around each image as in the original, but let’s solve this problem first… 🙂
