I have purchased Kadence Themes back in 2014. It says on my Order Page.
Order #9724 was placed on May 29, 2014 and is currently Completed.
…and I’m able to use the full features including Kadence Slider Pro until today.
Then, I haven’t updated the themes for so long, but I recently updated it. After the update, I’ve been asked to enter my API Key once again, but after activating the themes after entering the API Key, I can’t find Kadence Slider Pro plugin anywhere. I can’t access it in ‘Add New Plugin’ page as well, it’s just missing everywhere.
I went to Appearance, then Getting Started, there is a tabbed block on the page and I clicked on Recommended Plugins. It shows Kadence Slider Pro as Inactive. When I click on the Install/Activate Plugin I receive the following message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
My question is, how to fix this?
Because I’ve been using the Plugin for so long and it’s just weird to see it’s disappear after an update.
