    I tried to make changes but they’re not saving.
    In Theme Options > Advanced Settings, replace this:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .headerclass, .mobile-headerclass, .kt-mainnavsticky .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky #nav-main {background-size: contain;
    }
    }

    with this:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .headerclass, .mobile-headerclass, .kt-mainnavsticky .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky #nav-main {
        background-size: contain;
        background-position: 100px 50px;
    }
    }

    Then in Theme Options > Advanced Styling > Header Background set “X image placement options” to center.
    Let me know how that works!

    Are you wanting one site that is multilingual? Or are you wanting two separate sites? If you’re wanting a multilingual site you would need to use a multilingual plugin such as WPML or Polylang.

    Hey Luan,
    Sorry for the delay! Have you cleared all your cache? If this is something that needs to be fixed on our end the developer would have to do it for you. He had a baby over the weekend and has been a bit tied up, but will likely be on later today. I flagged this thread for him to look into first thing.
    Thanks for your patience!

    If that code isn’t working then I’m not sure of another workaround. I’ll flag this thread for the developer to give his input whenever he gets a chance. Thanks for your patience.

    Are you controlling your smtp settings? Just to note, the theme doesn’t affect emails in any way. Your server likely has a default email smtp. I would suggest asking them about the reliability.

    That login info is not working. Can you check that it is correct?

    I’m not seeing the correct css in your code. If you want you can send login info and I’ll see about adjusting your css. You can set as a private reply.

    Did you add the code into your child theme? And did you clear your cache after adding?

    Before I investigate further, please go ahead and update to the latest version of WooCommerce and also the latest version of Ascend Premium. Let me know when you have done this.

    Try adding this css:

    .kt-flip-box-back, .kt-flip-box-front {
        max-width: 200px;
        max-height: 200px;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    The css I send would affect the text of the image menu items, but it doesn’t look like you’ve added any. Are you planning to add titles and descriptions?

    Hmm, try chaning the previous css to this:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .headerclass, .mobile-headerclass, .kt-mainnavsticky .sticky-wrapper.is-sticky #nav-main {
        background-size: contain;
        background-position: 100px 50px;
    }
    }

    How does that work?

    Sorry! You just need to enable page content in the homepage layout manager. But you should be able to enable your slider from Theme Options > Home Slider.

    No, you can certainly have the slider enabled when your front page is the latest posts page. Is this not working for you?
    Make sure you have not set a page as your posts page from Settings > Reading. That needs to be left blank.

    Assuming you add the image menu items through your homepage layout manager (theme options > home layout), this css may get you close to what you’re wanting:

    .home-message h5 {
        color: transparent;
        background-color: transparent;
        width: 100%;
        text-align: center;
    }
    .home-message:hover h5 {
        color: #fff;
    }
    .home-message h4 {
        width: 100%;
        text-align: center;
        top: 130px;
        background: transparent;
        left: 0;
        color: #fff;
    }

    You can paste that into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.
    Without being able to see your site it’s hard to know for sure. Let me know when you have things set up.
