    Hi Kim,
    What pages are on your site? Can you post a link? Does using a sidebar page template work for you? Between pagebuilder and shortcodes you can add just about anything to a sidebar template page.

    Hey Anamaria,
    I’m not seeing the code in your css. Are you adding this to your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings? Make sure all previous css is properly open/closed.

    Hey Jane,
    Try adding this to your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings:

    .sidebar {
      padding: 10px;
    }

    Hope that works for you!

    The length of the testimonial form is based on the word count. Because some of your testimonials have long words and some have short the length is not the same. I’m not sure of a way to change this. Sorry.

    For the kadence slider try manually installing. See here- https://www.kadencethemes.com/manually-installing-bundled-plugins/
    And for the demo importer start by removing what you’ve added. Then follow this tutorial- https://www.kadencethemes.com/kadence-themes-demo-content/

    Hey Gemma,
    The flex slider is not meant to float left. It also looks like none of your icons are working? I would try deactivating plugins to see if one is conflicting with the theme.
    As for having a slider and a widget side by side, you can do this with page builder. Create a home page and using page builder create a row with two columns. There isn’t an option to add the flex slider as a widget, but you can use a cyclone, revolution or kadence slider. Then set you page up as a static page in settings > reading and set your front page to Home.
    Does that work for you?

    In Theme Options > Home Layout do you have page content enabled?

    Try adding this to your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings:

    #kadbreadcrumbs {
        position: absolute;
        top: 0;
    }
    .page-header {
        position: relative;
        padding-top: 30px;
    }

    You can do this in the visual editor. Just type in About Us before the rest of your body text and change the font to h1. Then you can remove the actual page header for that page with this css:

    .about-us .page-header {
      display: none;
    }

    Hope that helps!

    Hi,
    Do you have plugins activated? If so I would start by deactivating those as a test. Could also be worth re-installing as it looks like not everything was fully installed properly. Let me know if nothing changes.

    Hey,
    I’m not seeing any breadcrumbs on the page you linked to? Can you post a link to your site?

    Ignore the first post. But for future reference page builder is an editor in your edit page.

    Sorry I obviously misunderstood that. Just realized your images are already the same height. Your footer is larger cause you have more content. But you can remove some padding and shrink it down. Try adding this to your custom css box in theme options > advanced settings:

    #containerfooter {
      padding-top: 0;
    }
    .footercredits {
      padding-top: 0;
    }

    Hey, this actually has nothing to do with the footer height but rather how much padding you add to the background image in page builder. The image in the demo has 65px of top and bottom padding. When you edit the row in page builder open the layout tab and you’ll see padding options.
    Hope that helps!

    In your revolution slider slider under Main Slider Settings set Force Full Width to On. Does that work?

    Hey, Virtue is set up to be fully responsive. Do you mind posting a link?
